The Cateye Strada

I added the Cat Eye Strada Double wireless cycling computer to my bike today. The unit is easy to use once it is set up. Set up can be a little tricky until you get the hang of how to get around using the buttons on the back but after that its simple. The other issue to be careful with is to make sure the magnets are close enough to the sensors. Initially after i set it up only one of the sensors were working, the second sensor did work until I brought it much closer to the magnet. There are guidelines in the manual about the distance. You must follow them closely for the  device to work.  In a short 5 minute ride the computer provided me speed, miles, cadence (how many times my pedals are going around per minute), average speed, time and more. For around $10o it seemed like a worth wile upgrade to my 2011 Trek Alpha 2.1. Note: I just found it on Amazon for under $70. Thats what I get for shopping local and supporting the mom and pop cycling shops by me.
